Warranty

The buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the golf cart and accepts the golf cart in its current state.

The seller makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the condition, performance, or reliability of the golf cart, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The seller will provide the buyer with access to purchase additional or needed golf cart products on the Lock It Golf Carts website. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any repairs or maintenance that may be required after the purchase.

The sale is final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided. The seller is not liable for any future repairs, damages, or issues that may arise with the golf cart after the transfer of ownership.
